(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. On each subsequent offense whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
(b) Upon conviction of any provision of this Chapter the violator will be required to reapply for a permit, pay the twenty-five dollar ($25.00) application fee and pass the inspection.
