(a) All solid waste haulers licensed to do business in the City of Mount Vernon shall file a semi-annual report indicating the tonnage of solid waste and recyclables picked up within the City.
(b) The report must be completed on the official City form and submitted to the City of Mount Vernon Mayor's Office and a copy sent to the District's Office, DKMM District Director, at 117 East High Street, Suite 257, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, (740)393-4600.
(c) All solid waste haulers licensed to do business in the City of Mount Vernon shall file their current price for residential pick-up of solid waste and recyclables in the City of Mount Vernon no later than December 31, 2019. Anytime the current price changes, the solid waste hauler must update its current price. This information shall be provided to Mayor's Office no later than one week after the change.
