The Taxicab Board is authorized and empowered to revoke or suspend the taxicab license of any person, partnership or corporation, or any agent or employee thereof that has violated any provisions of this Chapter, or any of the other provisions of this Code, or when by reason of incompetency, negligence or gross misconduct, the Board is of the opinion that in the interest of the Public the license should be revoked or suspended.
