357.05 FREE PARKING FOR UTILITY AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES.

All motor vehicles owned by public utilities requiring a parking space in conjunction with work being carried on by the public utility and all emergency vehicles shall be permitted to be parked in any public parking space without being subjected to time restrictions.
