351.21 MAXIMUM MOTORCYCLES OCCUPYING PARKING SPACE.
   (a)   Persons parking motorcycles with two wheels in parallel parking spaces are hereby permitted to park four motorcycles in such space; and persons parking such motorcycles with three wheels may park only one motorcycle in such space.
   (b)   Persons parking motorcycles with two wheel in angled, marked parking spaces are hereby permitted to park two motorcycles in such space; and persons parking motorcycles with three wheels may park only one motorcycle in such space.
   (c)   In the case of any violation when occupying any of the marked parking spaces, all motorcycles occupying such a space are in violation of this section.
   (d)   If the number of motorcycles exceeds the limits permitted to occupy any one parking space, all motorcycles occupying such a space are in violation of this section.
   (e)   This section is in addition to other parking ordinances and does not, in any manner, change existing ordinances.
   (f)   Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00).
   (g)   If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date, the fine is raised to twenty dollars ($20.00).
