(a) No person shall cause, allow or permit a vehicle to occupy a parking space located on a public street in the area described below for more than the maximum of two hours. No person shall be permitted to park within a one-block radius for more than two hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
(1) Both sides of Main Street from Chestnut Street to the Viaduct.
(3) Both sides of the following streets between Gay Street and Mulberry Street: Ohio Avenue, Gambier Street and Vine Street.
(4) Both sides of High Street from Mechanic Street to McKenzie Street except as noted in Section 351.20(a).
(5) Both sides of Chestnut Street from Gay Street to McKenzie Street.
(6) Both sides of Mulberry Street from Chestnut Street to Vine Street.
(7) The south side of West High Street from West Street to Norton Street.
(b) No person shall cause, allow or permit a vehicle to occupy a parking space located on a public street in the area described below for more than a maximum of four hours. No person shall be permitted to park within a one-block radius for more than four hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
(1) Both sides of Gay Street from Howard Street to Chestnut Street except as provided in Section 351.20(a).
(2) Both sides of South Mulberry Street from West Vine Street to Phillips Drive.
(c) Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00).
(d) If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date, the fine is raised to twenty dollars ($20.00).
