351.18 PARKING SPACES.
   (a)   The Director of Safety-Service shall cause spaces to be marked within the parking zones. Those parking spaces which are designated by the Director of Safety-Service as being parallel to the curb shall be twenty-two feet in length and nine and one-half feet in width from the curb. Those designated as angle parking spaces shall be at an angle approximately thirty degrees to the curb and extending approximately nine and one-half feet along the curb and shall extend into the roadway not more than eighteen feet.
   (b)   The Safety-Service Director may authorize parking space dimensions of an irregular dimension to compensate for parking zones with lengths and/or widths that will not accommodate an equal number of full size spaces.
   (c)   No person shall park any vehicle within a marked parking space (as described above) unless all portions of such vehicle are completely within the marked parking space.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00).
   (e)   If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date, the fine is raised to twenty dollars ($20.00).
