The Fourth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: commencing for a beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Catherine Street and Coshocton Avenue; thence east along the center line of Coshocton Avenue to the point of intersection with the center line of Center Street; thence south on the center line of Center Street to the point of intersection with the center line of East Gambier Street; thence west along the center line of Gambier Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Potwin Street; thence north along the center line of Potwin Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Oak Street; thence east along the center line of Oak Street to the point of intersection with the center line of South Catherine Street; thence north along the center line of Catherine Street to the point of intersection with the center line of East Vine Street; thence west along the center line of Vine Street to the point of intersection with the center line of South McKenzie Street; thence north along the center line of McKenzie Street to the point of intersection with the center line of East Hamtramck Street; thence west along the center line of Hamtramck Street to the point of intersection with the center line of North Gay Street; thence north along the center line of Gay Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Warden Street; thence west along the center line of Warden Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Mansfield Avenue; thence north along the center line of Mansfield Avenue to the point of intersection with the center line of Nash Street; thence west along the center line of Nash Street to the point of intersection with the center line of North Mulberry Street; thence north on the center line of Mulberry Street to the point of intersection with the center line of James Street; thence west long the center line of James Street to the corporation line; then turning north and following the meanderings of the corporation line along the northern portion of the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio to the point of intersection with the center line of Sychar Road; thence south along the center line of Sychar Road to the point of intersection with the center line of East Pleasant Street; thence west on the center line of Pleasant Street to the point of intersection with the center line of North Catherine Street; thence south along the center line of Catherine Street to the point of beginning at the intersection of Catherine Street and Coshocton Avenue.
