The Third Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: commencing for a beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Catherine Street and Coshocton Avenue; thence east along the center line of Coshocton Avenue to the point of intersection with the center line of Center Street; thence south on the center line of Center Street to the point of intersection with the center line of East Gambier Street; thence east along the center line of Gambier Street and Gambier Road to the point where the corporation line begins meandering northerly; then following the meanderings of the corporation line around the eastern part of the City to the point where the corporation line intersects the center line of Sychar Road; thence south along the center line of Sychar Road to the point of intersection with the center line of East Pleasant Street; thence west on the center line of Pleasant Street to the point of intersection with the center line of North Catherine Street; thence south along the center line of Catherine Street to the point of beginning at the intersection of Catherine Street and Coshocton Avenue.
