1180.05 ZONING OF FACTORY-BUILT HOUSING.
   (a)   Mobile homes shall be permitted only in approved mobile home parks, unless otherwise authorized in this ordinance.
   (b)   Manufactured homes, modular homes and multisection manufactured homes which meet the siting requirements of 1180.04 and the design and appearance standards of 1180.06 shall be permitted accordingly.
