In addition to the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance pertaining to accessory structures, the following provisions shall apply to ground-mounted satellite dishes:
(a) The maximum diameter of any ground-mounted satellite dish shall not exceed twelve (12) feet.
(b) The maximum height of any large ground-mounted satellite dish shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet above the finished grade, or more than four (4) feet for small satellite dish antennas.
(c) A large satellite dish antenna may not be located in any side yard or front yard.
(d) A small satellite dish antenna may be located in a side or front yard provided it is not closer than five (5) feet to the side lot line and not closer than twenty (20) feet to the front lot line. Rear yard location is subject to rear yard setbacks for accessory uses in the district.
(e) This site of the apparatus shall be screened with shrubbery and/or landscaped as proposed in the zoning permit application.
(f) The apparatus shall be installed on the ground with foundation and structure support in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and standard industry practice. No trailer or other portable or temporary mounting or supports are permitted.
(g) All wiring between the apparatus and any other structure shall be placed underground and in conformance with manufacturer’s specifications and the current edition of the National Electrical Code.
