Prior to the issuance of a zoning permit, the Zoning Enforcement Officer may require the submission of written assurances and plans indicating the manner in which dangerous and objectionable aspects or elements of processes or operations entailed in certain uses or occupations are to be eliminated or reduced to acceptable limits and tolerances.
