On a corner lot the principal building and its accessory structures shall be required to have the same setback distance from all street right-of-way lines as required for the front yard in the district in which such structures are located. The setback from the side street lot line may be reduced by ten (10) feet in lots existing at the time of passage of this Zoning Code.
