1169(A).04 M-1A USES TO BE APPROVED BY PLANNING COMMISSION.

No use shall be permitted in the M-1A Light Manufacturing Industrial District until there has been approval by the Planning Commission. Any variation of the approved plan shall be deemed a zoning violation.
