(a) All permitted uses in M-1 Manufacturing District pursuant to Section 1169.01
with the exception of 1169.01
(b)(22) Nonferrous foundries, 1169.01
(b)(34) Sawmills, planing mill, pallet mills and yards, 1169.01
(c)(20) Chemicals and allied products, 1169.01
(c)(21) Petroleum and petroleum products and 1169.01
(c)(23) Supply yards, with the exception of supply yards where all operations and storage of finished goods or raw materials are stored within an enclosed building.
(b) Accessory uses and structures normally associated with permitted uses.
(c) Administrative and business offices, including corporate office headquarters.
(d) Banks and other financial institutions.
(e) Distribution facilities, including parcel delivery facilities and bottling plants.
(f) Educational facilities including trade or vocational schools and colleges.
(g) Institutions providing social, cultural, educational services.
(h) Medical centers, clinics and hospitals.
(i) Professional offices, such as offices of doctors, attorneys and accountants.
(j) Research laboratories with the exception of any research activity that could present a substantial risk to the community at large.
(k) Restaurants, constructed wholly within a building devoted to an office, institutional or manufacturing use.
(l) Self service storage facilities.
(m) Wholesaling, including the storage, handling, or sale of merchandise primarily to retailers or other wholesalers as permitted by this Chapter.
