(a) Permitted uses in the Neighborhood Commercial District.
(b) Permitted uses in the Central Business District.
(c) Retail trade, but limited to:
(1) Lumber and other building materials dealers.
(2) Retail nurseries, lawn and garden supply stores.
(3) Mobile home dealers.
(4) Motor vehicle dealers (new and used cars).
(5) Motor vehicle dealers (used cars only).
(6) Tire, battery and accessory dealers.
(7) Gasoline service stations, and motor vehicle service centers.
(8) Motorcycle dealers.
(9) Automotive dealers, not elsewhere classified.
(10) Fuel and ice dealers.
(11) Lumber and other home improvement sales but excluding any on-site processing or milling operations.
(12) Pet shops.
(13) Discount stores.
(d) Services, but limited to:
(1) Laundry, cleaning and garment services.
(2) Services to dwellings and other buildings.
(3) Automotive rental and leasing, without drivers.
(4) Automotive services and repair, including paint and body work.
(5) Electrical repair shops.
(6) Watch, clock and jewelry repair.
(7) Reupholstery and furniture repair.
(8) Miscellaneous service shops and related services which conform to the purposes of the General Business District.
(9) Food or beverage consumption establishments including fast food and carry-out operations, and also including operations selling alcoholic beverages or liquor by the glass.
(e) Business services including:
(1) Telephone or telegraph communications operations including service and repair operations, and cable television franchises and offices.
(2) Business services not listed above but which conform to the purpose of the General Business District.
(3) Computer and data processing.
(4) Newspaper publishing and printing.
(f) Administrative business and professional offices listed as permitted uses in Office-Institutional District, including finance, insurance, real estate as well as professional activities.
(g) Health services including:
(1) Health care facilities.
(2) Health services.
(3) Group care facilities or group family households, nursing homes, transitional care facilities.
(h) Hotel, motel and apartment hotel.
(i) Funeral homes.
(j) Motion picture theaters.
(k) Off-street parking facilities including surface lots and parking facilities operated with or without charge, but excluding that parking required for a specific use which shall be permitted in conjunction with the operation of a permitted or conditional use.
(l) Additional permitted uses in the General Business District:
(1) Accessory uses.
(2) Tanning salon.
(3) Fitness center.
(4) Weight loss center.
(5) Quasipublic uses.
(6) Public service facility.
(7) Non-commercial recreational facilities.
