(a) Permitted Uses in the NC District are:
(1) Retail stores primarily engaged in selling merchandise for personal or household consumption, and in rendering services incidental to the sale of merchandise, including convenience businesses and the sale of:
A. Food, food products and specialty foods.
B. Proprietary drugs and gifts.
(2) Service establishments involving the care of the person or of personal effects, including:
A. Beauty and barber shops.
(3) Administrative and professional offices as listed as permitted uses in the Office-Institutional District.
(b) Conditional Uses in the NC District are:
(1) Residential, as determined compatible with other uses in the area, utilizing structures existing at the time of passage of this Zoning Ordinance.
(2) Child Day Care Centers/Type A Family Day Care Home.
(3) Funeral home.
(4) Drive-through Carry-out.
(5) Tanning salons, fitness center, weight loss center.
(6) Antique and craft shops.
