(a) Permitted Uses in the R-2 Two Family District are:
(1) Permitted uses in the R-1 Single Family District.
(2) Two family dwellings.
(b) Conditional Uses in the R-2 Two Family District are:
(1) Conditional uses in the R-1 Single Family District.
(2) Funeral home.
(3) Tourist home, bed/breakfast home.
(4) Violation of the conditional use as approved shall be grounds for revocation of the conditional use permit.
(5) Type A & B Child Day Care.
