1160A.01 PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES
   (a)   Permitted Uses in the Estate Residential District are:
      (1)   Single family dwellings.
      (2)   Accessory structures to single family dwellings such as garages for non- commercial storage of automobiles, also storage sheds, play houses, and swimming pools.
      (3)   Churches and places of worship provided the land consists of at least three acres, and parking and traffic accessibility requirements of Chapter 1174 are satisfied.
      (4)   Public schools provided the land consists of at least seven (7) acres and parking and traffic accessibility requirements of Chapter 1174 are satisfied.
      (5)   Public parks, playgrounds and playfields operated with or without fee.
      (6)   Essential services.
      (7)   No more than four (4) per acre.
   (b)   Conditional Uses in the Estate Residential District are:
      (1)   Home occupations which comply with the requirements of Chapter 1176 and with sign regulations pertaining to identification of such occupations, and having no adverse effect upon neighboring properties, such as traffic or parking burdens.
      (2)   Violation of the conditional use as approved shall be grounds for revocation of the conditional use permit.
