The purpose of the R-1 Single Family District is to encourage and provide for the orderly development of low density single family homes and customary supporting residential facilities, such as schools, churches and public parkland. Densities in this district shall not exceed four (4) dwelling units per acre.
A. E-R ESTATE RESIDENTIAL – Same as R-1 except for required 15,000 square feet minimum lot area and 1,500 square feet minimum above ground floor area plus garage.
