(a) The districts established in Chapter 1158
as shown on the Official Zoning Map which, together with all explanatory matter thereon, are hereby adopted as part of this Zoning Ordinance.
(b) The boundaries of zoning districts are those established on the map entitled, "Official" Zoning Map, Mount Vernon, Ohio, which map together with subsequent amendments adopted by Council and all explanatory matter thereon is made a part of the Zoning Ordinance.
(c) Any changes in zoning districts made by Council or changes to the zoning classifications of areas annexed to the City shall also be noted on the Zoning District Map by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
