1155.10 PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR APPEALS AND VARIANCES.

Appeals and variances shall conform to the procedures and requirements of Sections 1155.11 to 1155.21 inclusive. As specified in Section 1155.09, the Board of Zoning Appeals has appellate jurisdiction relative to appeals and variances.
