923.04 PERMISSION SLIP DUPLICATES.

The City Engineer shall keep a duplicate copy of all permission slips issued by him, and such permission slip copies shall remain in his custody, care and control. Permission slip copies shall not be destroyed or otherwise disposed of until such disposal is so directed by Council.
