The City Engineer shall charge and collect a fee for reviewing and approving plans submitted to him pursuant to this chapter. The fee shall be computed by the Engineer based upon a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per future dwelling unit as may be served by the proposed sewer trunk line. The fees collected shall be paid by the City Engineer to the Sewer Department with the funds so paid to be deposited into the sewer fund.
