923.01 PLAN APPROVAL, WORK INSPECTION AND TAPPING.
All sewer trunk lines which are to be constructed and attached to the City sewerage system shall first be approved by the City Engineer before construction is commenced or before sewers may be tapped into the City sewerage system. Plans for construction of the sewer trunk lines must be submitted to the City Engineer for his inspection and, if approved, such approval shall be noted on the face of the plans submitted and a permission slip shall be issued to the applicant signed by the City Engineer. All construction pursuant to such plans must then be carried out under inspection of the City Engineer. Upon approval of the construction by the City Engineer, tapping the sewer construction into the City sewerage system shall then be permitted.
