An owner, occupant or person having control of a residential, industrial, commercial or public building shall display the numerical address of the building in Arabic numbers not less than four inches in height. In the event that the displayed numbers are more than fifty feet off the roadway, the numerical address shall be in Arabic numbers not less than six inches in height. At least one set of address numbering shall be conspicuously displayed in full view of the street.
