905.02 METHOD OF NUMBERING.
   (a)   No more than seventy-five feet of ground, whether improved or vacant, shall be assigned to one number.
 
   (b)   One hundred numbers shall be assigned to each square regularly laid out. When there are regular squares laid out on one side on the street and not on the opposite side, the square so laid out shall control the numbers on both sides of the street.
 
   (c)   Numbers shall be assigned as follows: Even numbers on the east and south sides of streets and odd numbers on the west and north sides of streets.
