The Mayor, after five days notice to the licensee, and after a hearing thereon, may suspend or revoke any license granted under the provisions of this chapter if it be determined that any person holding the license has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or that any trailer, trailer camp or tourist camp is being maintained in an unsanitary or unsafe manner or is a nuisance. Such notice to the licensee as hereinbefore provided may be delivered to the licensee personally by leaving the notice at the place of business specified in the license with the person in charge thereof, or by sending same to the licensee by registered mail to his usual place of residence. Upon the suspension or revocation of such license, the trailer, trailer camp, or tourist camp shall be immediately closed.
