(a) No licensee shall be permitted, during the continuance of such sale, to sell or add any goods, wares or merchandise not inventoried in the original application.
(b) No license shall be granted for a period to exceed ninety days, nor shall any other such license be granted to any person on the same premises selling the same kind of goods, wares or merchandise during the period of one year next succeeding the expiration of a previous license.
(c) A licensee hereunder shall refrain from employing any untrue, deceptive or misleading advertising and shall conduct the sale in strict conformity with any advertising incident thereto.
