541.09 OIL AND GAS WELL DRILLING PROHIBITED.
   (a)   Drilling operations for oil, gas or hydrocarbons within the corporate limits of the City are hereby prohibited.
(Ord. 1964-19. Passed 3-2-64.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
