§ 110.04  DUE DATE; PARTIAL PAYMENT.
   (A)   All license fees or tax provided for by this chapter shall be due and payable in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer on January 1st of each year and if not paid within 60 days after the due date a penalty of ten percent (10%) shall be added to and collected by the City Clerk/Treasurer.
   (B)   No partial payment for any kind of license shall be allowed or accepted.
