Residents outside city limits will be provided collection services by the permit holder for their area. Sections 53.027 through 53.032 shall apply to those using such a service. Residents outside city limits that do not subscribe to a collection service shall take their wastes to an approved transfer station or other facility approved by the county and complying with all requirements of KRS 224.830, 224.855, and rules and regulations adopted thereunder for disposal fees for such disposal. Those residents utilizing the transfer station shall catalogue with the operator of that station.
