(A) The following monthly rates for sewer service for all non-resident sewer customers of the City's municipal sewer system shall be based on the customer's monthly water consumption or measured flow to the municipal sewer system and will take into account:
(1) The OM&R costs of the municipal sewer system; and
(2) The debt service requirements of bonds and loans issued on behalf of the City's municipal sewer system:
(a) Minimum Bill - First 2,000 gallons or less
- OM&R $10.95
- Debt Service $2.85
(b) All over 2,000 gallons
- OM&R $5.25 per 1,000 gallons
- Debt Service $0.00 per 1,000 gallons
(c) The monthly sewer rates for low income single family residential customers using 6,000 gallons of water or less shall be billed at a rate of fifteen (15%) percent less than the above rates. "Low Income Single Family Residential Customer" is defined as any residence with a household income below the Federal poverty level or any residence designated as low income under Kentucky law.
(B) All non-residential sewer customers located in the Renfro Valley Revitalization and Expansion Service Area and the Industrial Park Revitalization and Expansion Service Area shall pay in addition to the regular monthly sewer bill, a Surcharge as set forth in § 51.018.
