§ 50.077  DELINQUENCY AND DISCONNECTION AND RECONNECTION OF WATER SERVICE.
   (A)   If a bill for water system service is not paid after remaining delinquent for twenty-five (25) days (forty-five (45) days after issuance), the Superintendent will turn off the water of such delinquent customer and may further enjoin the use of the water facilities of the city by said customer until payment in full is made.
   (1)   If any deadline date herein specified falls on a Sunday or on a legal holiday, such deadline shall not expire until the end of the next secular day thereafter.
   (2)   If such water service is disconnected by the city, reconnection of such service shall not be made until the customer, user or owner pays all charges and penalties owed plus the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) as a disconnection and reconnection charge.
   (B)   The foregoing provisions are intended to and shall apply regardless of the availability of any initial deposit required by this chapter.
