(A) The rates or charges aforesaid shall be billed monthly on or about the first day of each month, and all bills for such service shall be considered due and payable twenty (20) days after issuance. The charges for sewer service will be included on the customer's water bill.
(B) If a bill is not paid as aforesaid within said twenty (20) day period, such bill shall be deemed delinquent, and there shall be imposed a penalty on each bill not so paid, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the charges (other than sales tax) shown on the face amount of said bill not so paid.
(C) If said bill is not paid within the first twenty-five (25) days after becoming delinquent (forty-five (45) days after issuance), the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to enforce and collect any such delinquent charges.
