§ 50.015 MINIMUM MONTHLY WATER BILL FOR RESIDENTS OF THE CITY.

The minimum monthly bill for water service to residents of the city, which minimum bill entitles each customer to zero (0) gallons of water each month for such minimum charge, shall be nine dollars and fifty-seven cents ($9.57).
