§ 33.152 EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEM FUND.
   There is hereby created a dedicated nonreverting fund to be known as the Emergency Warning System Fund to be used for acquisition of equipment, public education and operation of a system of warning or communicating with the public about emergencies and disasters. Any donations received by the city for such purposes or for use of the ALERT Commission shall be deposited in the Emergency Warning System Fund. Funds so deposited may be expended without appropriation for the purposes for which they were donated upon receipt of a proper claim for the expenditure.
