§ 33.148 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS; TERMS.
   (A)   The Mayor shall appoint the five members of the ALERT Commission. The initial members of the Commission shall be appointed for terms as follows:
      (1)   Two Commissioners shall have terms ending December 31, l989.
      (2)   Two Commissioners shall have terms ending December 31, l990.
      (3)   One Commissioner shall have a term ending December 31, l99l.
   (B)   Commissioners appointed at the end of any such initial term shall be appointed for terms of three years each. The Mayor may remove Commissioners at any time with or without cause.
