(A) Pursuant to I.C. 5-2-8-2, there is established in the city a Law Enforcement Continuing Education Program for use by its law enforcement agency.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 5-2-8-2, there is established a Law Enforcement Continuing Education (LECE) Fund and funds collected by the law enforcement agency from the Local User Fee fund, established by I.C. 33-19-8-1 et seq., shall be deposited into the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund to fund the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Program.
(C) Distribution of money in a local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund shall be made to a city law enforcement agency without the necessity of first obtaining an appropriation.
