§ 33.105 ABOLISHMENT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION; TRANSFERENCE OF AUTHORITY.

The authority granted to the City Plan Commission and the City Board of Zoning Appeals by the city zoning code is hereby transferred to the Posey County Area Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
