§ 33.09l COOPERATION OF COUNCIL AND CITY ADMINISTRATION.
   The Common Council, the officials, and the heads of the various departments, boards, and commissions which are a part of the city administration shall cooperate fully with the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council.
