§ 33.076 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The payment of premiums for Workers’ Compensation coverage for full-time active members of the Fire Department is hereby approved.
   (B)   The city shall maintain the type of Workers’ Compensation coverage required by law for members of the Fire Department.
