§ 33.053 AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT HEARINGS CONCERNING PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF BONDS.
   The Economic Development Commission is authorized and directed to conduct, on behalf of the city and its Common Council, all Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) hearings and other hearings which are required by law in connection with the proposed issuance of bonds, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-12.
