§ 33.050 APPOINTMENTS.
   The appointing authorities shall make their appointments in the manner prescribed by I.C. 36-7-12-5 and shall furnish certificates of appointment for each person appointed. The appointees shall qualify as required by I.C. 36-7-12-l et seq.
