§ 33.048 VACANCIES.
   In accordance with I.C. 36-7-12-10, any vacancies occurring on the Economic Development Commission shall be filled by appointment of the authority having made the appointment in which the vacancy occurs and the appointment shall be made for the completion of any unexpired term.
