§ 33.046 MEMBERSHIP.
   In accordance with I.C. 36-7-12-5, the Economic Development Commission shall consist of three members to be appointed as follows:
   (A)   One member shall be appointed by the Mayor.
   (B)   One member shall be appointed by the Common Council.
   (C)   One member shall be appointed by the County Council.
