§ 97.40 REPLACING DIRT IN TRENCHES AFTER CONNECTIONS REQUIRED.
   All persons hereafter digging trenches in the streets of the city, for the purpose of making connections from the sewage system or sewer lines of residential or business property with the sewers or sewer lines of the city or the sewer lines of the sewage disposal system of the city shall replace the dirt in those trenches after the connections are made so that the dirt foundation under the streets is in substantially the same condition as it was before the trenches were dug, and so that no humps or holes are left in the street as the result of digging or replacing the dirt in those trenches.
