§ 97.12 THROWING SLIPPERY SUBSTANCES ON SIDEWALK.

No person shall throw, deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposited, upon any sidewalk any orange or banana peel, skin or rind or any fruit or vegetable peel, skin, rind, or any other slippery thing or substance.
