§ 97.05 THROWING INJURIOUS MATERIAL ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall throw or deposit any tacks, glass, or rubbish of any kind or character upon any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place.
   (B)   No person shall throw any stone or other hard substance along, across, over, or upon any street or alley in the city.
