§ 96.25 DOCKING AND TYING BOATS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person, firm, individual, association, or corporation, shall own, maintain, manage, or use any boat or dock of any kind or description, used in the catching and cleaning of fish, or the selling of the same, shall dock or tie a boat at a point nearer than 400 feet downstream from the intake of the city water works system located in the Ohio River.
   (B)   No person, firm, individual, association, or corporation, shall own, maintain, manage, or use any boat or dock of any kind or description, used in the catching and cleaning of fish, or the selling of the same, shall dock or tie a boat permanently or temporarily at a point nearer than 1200 feet upstream from the intake of the city water works system located in the Ohio River.
